At United Residential Properties, we
are committed to excellence in the development and management of
high-quality apartment homes. We believe we’re not just building
homes … we’re building neighborhoods. From Savannah to Atlanta and
throughout the Southeast, more and more people are living in the
neighborhoods of United Residential Properties.
Our mission is to provide a quality living experience that
encompasses exceptional customer service. By focusing on strong,
open communication and by providing extensive customer service
training, we can ensure an enjoyable living experience for our
residents.
We recognize the importance of high standards and competent,
friendly, and professional staff at each of our communities. It is
for this reason that each United Residential Properties employee
participates in an intense level of training that focuses on
customer service, communication skills, leasing, marketing, and
maintenance.
Our hands-on approach to management ensures our communities operate
efficiently. Our senior management teams provide valuable insight
and training to our employees. And, by conducting routine property
inspections, we’re certain to obtain a higher standard of community
operations.
To ensure we continuously provide excellent service to our
residents, we place importance on staying in tune with what our
residents need and want. It is for this reason that we survey our
customers at the time of their initial visit to our community, at
the time a service request is completed, as well as any time a
resident moves in or out of our community. The information gathered
through these surveys then becomes the foundation for continuous
improvement and ensured satisfaction.
